We offer classes for every level. Everyone gets the individual attention they need.

All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early.

Private classes (min. four people) are available on request. 

For groups of 10 or more we offer customized programs (min. 5 classes) classes can be held on site.

Basic Posture & Movement for Youth

Hey Mom and Dad!

This goal of this class is to teach youth the basics of good posture & movement.

Learning the basics of good posture and movement is important.

The 12-Step Protocol
200-hour course

The 200-hour training course in the 12-Step Protocol  is for body workers, therapists, and personal trainers. Learn the system, use it in your practice, and take it to your community or workplace.

My vision: To teach my protocol to professional practitioners and trainers who want to change their clients’ conditions quickly and effectively.

Start with the why

For 20 years, I have searched for the best methods and system to reduce pain in my clients. The goal has been to find effective methods that use scientifically researched principles, so clients can liberate themselves from chronic pain associated with dysfunction and other conditions. Let me be clear, I want to improve the clients’ condition as quickly as possible, so they can stop going to treatment and become independent from therapy.

Over the years, I have seen clients achieve results that they believed were impossible. Many have asked me why I am able to change their condition or why other professionals did not provide the information or use similar methods as I do. In other words, clients want to know why some professionals seem content with the status quo?
