Private classes (min. four people) are available on request.
We offer customized on-site programs (min. 5 classes) for groups of 10 or more.
The 12-Step Protocol | 200-Hour Course
The 200-hour training course in the 12-Step Protocol is for bodyworkers, therapists, and personal trainers. Learn the system, use it in your practice, and take it to your community or workplace.
My vision: To teach my protocol to professional practitioners and trainers who want to change their clients’ conditions quickly and effectively.
The Venue: The course venue is a private villa on the idyllic fjord peninsula of Nesodden. There is a café nearby for lunch and several take away options for food.

Getting there: Take the ferryboat from Aker Brygge at 9:00.
Trine, our hostess and the owner of the venue, will meet participants at Nesodden. She will drive some participants and lead others to the local bus, which will drop them off near the villa.

Start with the why
For 20 years, I have searched for the best methods and system to reduce pain in my clients. The goal has been to find effective methods that use scientifically researched principles, so clients can liberate themselves from chronic pain associated with dysfunction and other conditions. Let me be clear, I want to improve the clients’ condition as quickly as possible, so they can stop going to treatment and become independent from therapy.
Over the years, I have seen clients achieve results that they believed were impossible. Many have asked me why I am able to change their condition or why other professionals did not provide the information or use similar methods as I do. In other words, clients want to know:Why do some professionals seem content with the status quo?
